Weekly stay	One person: One night: starting from 5,100 Yen One week: starting from 30,500 Yen Two weeks: from 61,000 Yen Three weeks: from 91,500 Yen Extra person: 1,500 to 2,500 Yen per day per person
Monthly stay	Starting from 85,000 Yen
Long term stay	Starting from 85,000 Yen, longer than 3 months

Terms and conditions for weekly stay:

For reservations advance payment is necessary
No additional deposits are required
No cleaning fee is required when vacating
Extending your stay requires at least 2 days advance notice

Terms and conditions for longer stays

For room reservations longer than 7 days prepayment of 50% of the room charge is typically required. The exact amount will be shown in the reservation confirmation

Reservation Fee

All room reservations require prepayment of a non-refundable 7.5% reservation fee. In the case of cancellations, the reservation fee can be applied to a new room reservation at SOHO Asakusa and any other Tokyo Rent managed property.

In the case of cancellation any wiring expenses and the reservation fee will be deducted.
